Do you guarantee live arrival?
Absolutely!
In the rare event that your animal(s) arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will either reship a replacement (if available) or reimburse the cost as store credit. You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp). We may request photos, so please do not dispose of the animal until we’ve confirmed the claim.
Our return policy is subject to our discretion and we have the right to refuse a refund at any time. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship the next day, Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped using the carrier you choose at checkout.
If you qualify for free shipping and select that option, we will ship your animals via UPS or FedEx using the safest and most reliable method available to ensure they arrive quickly and in excellent health.
How do I care for my new animal?
Every animal—including feeders—has detailed care information listed on its product page under “Item Details.” You can also contact us directly if you have specific questions or need additional guidance—we’re happy to help.
How do I purchase a reptile?
All of our available reptiles are listed on our MorphMarket page. You can also reach out to us directly through the chat feature on our website to inquire about availability.
We currently breed Ball Pythons, Rainbow Boas, and Red Monster Bearded Dragons.
Do you offer in store pick-up?
Yes! Please text 716-405-0022 or use the website chat to schedule your local pickup before placing an order. Most orders can be ready within 4 hours. Pickups take place in Niagara Falls, NY.
Can I visit Falls View Reptiles in person?
We currently do not have a physical storefront for in-store shopping. As a family-run business, we operate privately and offer pickup options for local customers by appointment only.
